It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Thoma (Saint Donatus, Iowa), born in Bellevue, Iowa, who passed away on October 8, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Frances Thoma (Miesenburg); his siblings, William Thoma, Arnold Thoma, Joseph Thoma, Victor Thoma and Marie Barth; and his parents-in-law, Ethel Thoma, Alfred Barth, Edwin Klaas, Louis Pottebaum, Viola Thoma, Phyllis Thoma, Edna Thoma and Alice Thoma.
He is survived by: his son Joseph; his niece MaDonna; his nephew Eldon; and his siblings, Donald Thoma (Bertha), Patricia Klaas, Richard Thoma, Ernest Thoma, Francis Thoma (Mary) and Bernice Pottebaum. He is also survived by his sister-in-law (Betsy Thoma) and many nieces and nephews.
