He is survived by: his daughter Kristen Cunningham of St. Charles, IA; his grandchildren, Tanner Cunningham of St. Charles, IA, Tara Thilking (Clint) of Napoleon, MO and Tawnee Lundy (Edward) of Greenfield, IA.; and his sisters, Marilyn Bittner of Des Moines, IA and Carolyn Huth (Barry) of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by other relatives and many dear friends.
