We are sad to announce that on November 11, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Richard Edwin Duncomb of Saint Ansgar, Iowa, born in Riceville, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Duncomb and Edith Duncomb (Powell); his siblings, Kenneth, Laura, Grace, Marietta and Janet; his grandson Chayse; and his great grandchild Benton.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Schroeder of Austin; his sons, Michael (Julie), Joel, Samuel (Holly), Daniel (Cynthia) and Timothy; his foster son Ed Shindler; his brothers, Robert and Lawrence; his grandchildren, Brandon, Darrin, Christopher, Anthony, Chelsey, Noah and Mason; and his stepgrandchildren, Alyssa, Erika and Cory. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Ansgar Rescue or St. Ansgar United Methodist Church.
