We are sad to announce that on November 5, 2024, at the age of 95, Olegaria Beyer of Saint Ansgar, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Olegaria's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Olegaria's journey be filled with peace and serenity, as her find rest in the embrace of eternity.
She was predeceased by: her father Victor Cherigo; her husband Richard Beyer; and also Flora Elliott. She is survived by: her children, Rose Hanna (Doug) of St. Ansgar, Jose Beyer (Diane) of Westfield, Liz Meyerhofer (Andy) of Osage and Myra Sjostrand (Dave) of Mason City, Iowa; her brother Innocente Cherigo; and her son-in-law Ron Elliott. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, as well as many nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Lutheran Church - St. Ansgar (212 S Main St, St Ansgar, IA 50472). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the First Lutheran Church (212 S Main St, St Ansgar, IA 50472).
