He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Neeley and Viola Neeley (Lorenzen); his siblings, Marcella and Keith; and his brothers-in-law, Roger Bartz, Paul Spindler and Marlyn Gahm.
He is survived by: his wife Julie Jordan Neeley; his sister Bev Bartz of Osage; his siblings-in-law, Virginia Neeley of St. Ansgar and Jerry Jordan (Donna) of Cedar Falls; and his aunt Chareen Neeley of St. Ansgar. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
