He is survived by: his children, Chairity of Sac City, IA, Michael of Sac City, IA and Hope Millard of Sac City, IA; his stepchildren, Preston of Texas, Carlton of Texas and Dorey Herbert of Texas; his stepgranddaughters, Brooke and Kayla Rushing; his brother Mark Millard of Sac City, IA; his grandmother-in-law Herb Auen of Lake View, IA; and his parents-in-law, Randy Auen of Lake View, IA and Pam Leitz of Lake View, IA.
