She is survived by: her children, Bradley Smith (Sara) of New Virginia, IA, Russell Smith of Newell, IA, Susan Smith of Newell, IA, Nancy Burkhart (Dan) of Oto, IA and Jack Smith (Tami) of Storm Lake, IA; her grandchildren, Wesley Burkhart (Meagan) of Smithland, IA, Brandon Burkhart (Samantha) of Smithland, IA, Kaitlin Traver (Aric) of Oto, IA and Elizabeth Smith of Chicago, IL; her great grandchildren, Leah, Braxton, Archer Burkhart, Briggs, Blair Burkhart, Ava and Nora Traver; and her sister-in-law Ann Galbraith of Sac City, IA. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
