It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Nelson of Sac City, Iowa, who passed away on October 26, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Tapley and Minnie Tapley (Skarin); her husband LeRoy Nelson; her son Jerold Nelson; her siblings, Charles Tapley and Frances Mailand; and her son-in-law Tracy Armstrong.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Nelson (Sonya Dierenfeld) of Sac City, IA and Jacqueline Armstrong of Forest City, IA; her grandchildren, Jenny Wright (Jason) of Tiffin, IA, Peggy Sue Clay (Chris) of Phoenix, AZ and Eric Armstrong of Forest City, IA; and her great grandchildren, Emmeline, Austin Wright and Jeremiah Clay.
