He was predeceased by: his parents, William Spicer and Sylvia Spicer (Masteller); his former wife Rosella Baker; his wife Betty Olson; his siblings, Wayne, Lawrence, Loyd, Eva and Crystal; his niece Beverly Carnine; and his nephews, Joseph Baker Jr., Richard Mason, Loren Richards, James Baker and Michael Mason. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
