He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Galbraith and Florence Galbraith (Deming); his parents-in-law, Edwin and Matilda Linquist; his siblings, Arlene Willadson (Leo), Gerald Galbraith (JoAnn), Merle Galbraith (Phyllis) and LeRoy Galbraith (Ruth); and his siblings-in-law, Merlyn Smith, Lawrence Linquist and Ruth Linquist.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Galbraith of Sac City; his children, Rob Galbraith of Sac City and Mary Gaffney (Benny) of Altoona, IA; his grandchildren, Nikki Auna (Riley) of Fridley, MN, Alexandra Galbraith of Minneapolis, MN, Henry, Avery and Sloane Gaffney of Altoona, IA; his great grandchildren, Brynn, Grant and Josie Auna; his sister Ruth Ellen Smith of Sac City; and his sister-in-law Doneta Linquist of Sac City. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the First Presbyterian Church, 812 Audubon Street, Sac City, IA 50583.
