He is survived by: his former wife Mary Alice Huffman; his wife Mary Scheffler of Sac City, IA; his son Matt Scheffler (Amy) of Sac City, IA; his grandchildren, Haylee Bieret (Jake) of Wall Lake, IA and Dylan Scheffler of Sac City, IA; his great grandchildren, Bexley and Brylee Bieret; his brothers, Gene Scheffler (Diane) of Manson, IA and Don Scheffler (Florence) of Mountain Home, ID; his sisters-in-law, Brenda Scheffler and Ruth Glaze (Bob); and also, Barb Miller (Roger), Pat Evans (Jim), Ron Crippen (Deb), Don Crippen (Joan), Roger Crippen, Deb Bute (Gary), Glory Kaegbein, Sheila Goad (Vernon) and Shawn Crippen (Lief). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
