She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Siemering and Anna Siemering (Lange); her husband Daryl Dettmann; her brother Wilbert; her siblings-in-law, Marion Siemering, Billy and Maxine Dettmann; her grandchildren-in-law, Patricia Dettmann and Cory Johnson; and also, Wilbert and Edna Dettmann.

She is survived by: her children, Deb Sandquist (Ted) of Highlands Ranch, CO, Dennis Dettmann (Peggy) of Sac City, IA, Donavon Dettmann (Becky) of Sac City, IA, Dee Dee Schultz (Steven) of Sac City, IA and Susan Meier-Schmutz of Switzerland; her grandchildren, Matthew Hinrichs (Jamie) of Castle Rock, CO, Mitchell Hinrichs (Nicole) of Sac City, IA, Megan Johnson of Grimes, IA, Tony Dettmann (Navy) of Land, Dan Dettmann of Arnolds Park, IA, Angela Edmondson (Mark) of Prior Lake, MN, Kristina Tripp (Matthew) of Stilwell, KS, Teresa Wirtjers (Blake) of Sac City, IA, Shelby Pudenz (Jason) of Carroll, IA and Sara Renze (Ross) of Auburn, IA; her great grandchildren, Addison, Trevor, Ryleigh, Melana, Grant Amelia, Brinn, Cael, Cade, Jordan, Mason of Kayla, RJ, Mia, Olivia, Macy, Ty, Laila, Cooper, Elle, Britta, Ava, Skyler, Fletcher, Alexis, Makena, Finley, Athena, Ryker and Reagan; her great great grandchild Patrick; her sister Arlene Phipps (Ed) of San Rafael, CA; her sister-in-law Dee Dettmann Ahern of Stuart, FL; and her nieces and nephews, Rene Sauser, Bill Sauser, Robert Siemering, Kevin Dettmann, Collin Dettmann, Whitney Ahern Spotts (Eric), Tiffany Ahren and Soren Baverud (Farm Exchange Program) of Sweden.
