He is survived by: his wife Sharon Hoffard of Sac City, IA; his children, Marie Hoffard-Lile of Sac City, IA, David Hoffard, Jr. of Sac City, IA and James Hoffard of Sac City, IA; his grandchildren, Reigny and Aiden Lile; and his siblings, Kenny Hoffard (Colleen) of Spencer, IA, James Hoffard of Sac City, IA, Carol Remmick (Allan) of Auburn, IA and Connie Just (Marlin) of Sac City, IA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other extended family members and friends.
