He was predeceased by: his parents, William Pataska and Marilyn Pataska (Roe); his siblings, Rose Schlarmann, Ronald and Donald Pataska; his nephew Travis Pataska; his great-nephews, Rhett and Rhory Kenney; his great-niece Elise Kenney; and his parents-in-law, Arnold and Doris Behn.
He is survived by: his children, Brandy Vorbeck (Brandon) of Maquoketa and Jason Pataska (Ashley) of Solon, Iowa.; his grandchildren, Austin Vorbeck, Trevor Shady, Rachel Vorbeck (Deon Ramlall), Teegan Pataska and Finnick Pataska; his wife Rochelle K. Behn; his brothers, Dale Pataska (Judy), Darrell Pataska (Ellen) and John Pataska (Olinda); his brother-in-law Dennis Schlarmann; and his nieces and nephews, David Schlarmann (Shauneen), Danny Pataska (Deb), Steve Schlarmann (Sally), Donny Pataska, Melissa Senyurekli (Ahmet), Katie Cotter (Tim), Keri Lind (Matt) and Trista Kenney (Reid). He is also survived by 14 great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Stanley's memory.
