Cooper (Sabula, Iowa), born in Clinton, Iowa, who passed away on January 24, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cooper and Ima-Jean Cooper (Smith); and his brother David. He is survived by: his significant other Kelly McClintock; his children, Patrick Cooper of Normal, IL and Lindsay Cooper-Gura of Bloomington, IL; his siblings, John Cooper (Lucy) of Clinton, Larry Cooper (Sue) of Clinton, Linda Troxel of Clinton and Billie Jean "Sissy" Worley of Clinton; and his sister-in-law Mary Cooper of Denver. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
