With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold R. Koch of Sabula, Iowa, born in Preston, Iowa, who passed away on May 20, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Koch and Lula Koch (Miller); his grandson Bradley; and his brothers, John, Keith and Donald.
He is survived by: his grandsons, Curtis, Gabe, Luke, Seth, Evan, John and Kyle; his wife Betty Koch of Sabula; his children, Elyse Spooner (Matthew) of Clinton, David Koch (Pamela) of Sabula, Julie Empen (William) of Clinton and Kristine Brennan (Larry) of Clinton; his brother Leonard Koch of Clinton; and his sisters-in-law, Norma Koch of Minnesota and Ruth Kleinow of Monticello, IA. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
