He is survived by: his wife Jody Johnson of Sabula, IA; and his children, Jill Andresen (Brent) of Preston, IA, Melissa Schmidt (Dan) of Springbrook, IA, Scott Johnson (June), Todd Johnson (Kristine), Michael Johnson (JoAnn), David Johnson (Kim), Katy and Tami.
