He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Homer Bailey and Lillian Bailey (Young); his wife Judy Reiners of Waterloo; his children, Steven, Matt Bailey (Paula), Tracy Hoisington (Mike) and Peggy Green (Brad); his daughter-in-law Candy Zittergeruen (Josh); and his daughter Tammy Gipe (Herman). He was also cherished by 19 grandkids; and 21 great grandkids.
