He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Duggan and Patricia Duggan (Mangold); and his brother Patrick. He is survived by: his spouse Mary Schuman; his son Travis; his daughter-in-law Tanya; and his siblings, Bill Duggan (Cindy), Glen Duggan (Cathy) and Mary Miller (Dennis). He is also survived by six grandsons; many nieces, nephews, cousins, as well as many friends.
