He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kolka and Helen Kolka (Werner); his daughter Jill Kolka; his brother Ron Kolka; his sister-in-law Jan Kolka; and his great grandchild Raymond Jack.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey Schroeder of Ryan; his children, Lynn Richmond (Andy) of Ryan, Jack Kolka, Jr. (Julie) of Highlandville, Mary Brown (Charles) of Beaverton, Lori Kolka (Bob Stonskas) of Dubuque and Mark Kolka (Dee) of Ryan; his siblings, Julie Koranda (Ron) of Marion, Judd Kolka of Waverly and Sue Newlin of Marion; and his sister-in-law JoAnne Kolka. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
