With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Darrel Pegum of Ruthven, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Though Darrel may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Darrel touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gabriel Pegum and Loretta Pegum (Besaw); and his siblings, Donna Nissen (Norman) and Donald Pegum (Susie). He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Libby (Bill) and Peggy Libby of Streator, IL; and his brother-in-law Bruce Taylor (Marcia) of Spirit Lake, IA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
