He is survived by: his spouse Tracy Zahrt; his parents, Allan Puterbaugh and Jean Puterbaugh; his son Gage Puterbaugh (Melissa Nissan); his grandchildren, Henry, Roman and Mackenzie; his sister Tricia Semple; and his nephew Thomas. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
