He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Moore and Hattie Moore (Schooley); his wife Patricia Hellyer; his children, Donald Moore and Rhonda Mason; and his siblings, Frances Johnston, Lynn Moore, Clair Moore and Rex Moore.
He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Ingram (Scott); his children-in-law, Carol McClaflin and Richard Mason; his grandchildren, Amber Parker (Michael), Adam Moore (Stephanie), Amanda Wood (Bill), Andrew Mason (Kerry), Blake McClaflin (Mallory), Shelby Butorac (Thomas), Naja Jones, Lane Ingram and Hallie Ingram; and his great grandchildren, Robert Wood, Jessica Woolsey (Jacob), Jenna Moore, Travis Moore, Haley Wood, Kady Wood, Nate Mason, Max Mason, Piper Mason and Eleanor McClaflin.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be given to the Max Moore memorial fund of Corydon United Methodist Parish youth activities and Code Wayne Robotics Club.
