He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Neer and Glenys Neer (Evans); his son Steve Neer; and his siblings, Mike Neer, John Neer and Beverly Justice.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Abrahamson; his sons, Jim Neer (Becki) and Jeff Neer (Mandy); his grandchildren, Avery Collins (Riley), Emery Neer, Jessica Hardin (Dustin), T. J. Love (Micah Garton), Tori Neer, Marin Neer and Nora Neer; and his great grandchild Ivalee Hardin. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
