He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Joe Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Briggs and Anita Briggs; his wife Karri Jo; his children, Madison Adam (Eric), Chandler Briggs (Delaney) and Calvin Briggs; his granddaughter Lindley Jo Adam; his siblings, Brian Briggs (Jodi) and Kellie Carlton (Cory); and his mother-in-law Sandi Smith. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Pierschbacher Funeral Homes - Chariton (914 Roland Ave, Chariton, IA 50049). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
