She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kingery and Ruthie Sander; her husband Cloman Kain; her sons, Darrell, Gerald "Hot Rod" and James; and her siblings, Mina Roberts, Leo Kingery and Charlene Hulgan.
She is survived by: her sons, Aaron Kain (Sharon) and Roger Kain (Barbie); her daughter-in-law Mary Kain; her grandchildren, Jodi (Jon), Jami (Jason), Hanah (Tim), Abbi (Jonathan), Eli (Sasha) and Haley (Tyler); her siblings, Jack Kingery (Blanche), Clinna Rae Culbertson, Sharon Weldon and Alvin Kingery; and her sisters-in-law, Leta Kingery, Noni Kain and Marlene McReynolds.
Memorials may be made out to the Percy Fair, Runnells Senior Center, Pleasant Hill Church, Prairie City Church of the Brethren or Taylor House in Des Moines.
