He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ilene Winegar (Anderson) of Runnells, IA; his daughters, Emily Truitt (Toby Knoop) of Des Moines, IA and Ashley Snyder (Robby) of Carlisle, IA; his grandchildren, Dallas Knoop (Emma) of Jordan, MN, Zach Truitt of Indianola, IA, Cora Knoop of Des Moines, IA, Aden, Emerie Snyder and Owyn Lack of Carlisle, IA; his great grandchild Wesley Knoop of Jordan, MN; and his siblings, Dennis Winegar (JoEllen) of Bettendorf, IA, Nancy Sandquist (Dean) of Carmel, IN, Lois Nelson (Paul) of Ankeny, IA, Linda Wilkin (Brian) of Overland Park, KS and Susan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
