It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Christina Faye Cooper of Runnells, Iowa, born in Swan, Iowa, who passed away on January 19, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Calhoun and Viola Calhoun (McNeeley); her husband Richard Cooper; her stepfather Gene Crook; and her brothers, Leslie Calhoun, Daryl Crook and Arthur Crook.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Cooper (David Eveleth) of Des Moines, Mark Cooper (Kim) of Runnells and Richard Jr. Cooper (Michelle) of Newton; her brother Harold Calhoun (Barbara) of Runnells; and her sister-in-law Cheryl Calhoun. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and her cherished extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Chris's name to the Animal Rescue League.
