She was predeceased by: her parents, Faith Ann Starbuck (Kay) and Leonard Milton Starbuck; and her brothers, Raymond Starbuck and Dennis Starbuck. She is survived by: her granddaughter Adelyn; her children, Rachel Curl, David Frazier, Angela Sartin and Stephen; her grandchildren, Owen, Evan, Maddox and Molly; and her sisters, Darlene Herman (George), Carolyn Neis (Mike), Barbara Starbuck and Karen Starbuck.
