She is survived by: her husband Brad Ethington of Rudd; her son Brandin Scholl; her mother Janice Kerdus; her siblings, Lynn VerHelst, Jean VerHelst, Sally VerHelst, Alan VerHelst and Mary VerHelst; her close friend Beth Rhodes; and also, John Dirksen and Mark Scholl. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
