He is survived by: his spouse Nancy Kline; and his children, Cindy Betts, Doug Salisbury (Julie), Dwayne Salisbury, Susan Kendrew, Sandy Wagner (Loren), Stacy Koehler (Ron) and Geri Schade (Jack). He is also survived by one sister; one brother; several brothers-in-law.
