He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lewis Phillips and Marie Phillips (Thueson); his wife Judy Mills; and his children, Ryan Phillips (Laurie) of Linn Grove, IA, Deb Tewes (Mark) of Spencer, IA and Melanie Poss (Roger) of Merrill, IA. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
