Margaret Zieser Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Margaret Zieser of Rowley, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 6, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Patrick Leonard and Martha Leonard (Herber); her brother James Patrick Leonard; her great grandchild Warren Thomas Zieser; and her children, Brian Zieser, Michael Zieser, Debra Zieser and Mary Kay Zieser.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Zieser of Rowley; her children, Rick Zieser (Linda) of Delano, MN, Dana Woeste (Mark) of Mantorville, MN and Mark Zieser (Marcia Downs) of Rowley; and her sisters, Mary Pritchett (Ron) of Centennial, CO and Catherine Mitchell (Larry) of Spearfish, SD. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
A rosary was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the White Funeral Home (400 1st St W, Independence, IA 50644). Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A vigil service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. John's Catholic Church (209 5th Ave NE, Independence, IA 50644).
