He was predeceased by: his parents, William Everhart and Mary Everhart; his parents-in-law, Carl and Helen Johnson; his siblings, William Everhart, Jr., Jesse Everhart, Robert Everhart, Anna Mae Banks, Ermil Vance and Irene Nelson; his brothers-in-law, Jim Lawrence, Doyle Lawrence and Ivan Groff; his nephews, Brian Lawrence and David Everhart; and his niece Jeannie Vorhies.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Johnson; his daughters, Valerie Dee and Carla Jo; his pet Sissy; his daughters, Valerie Hensley (J. D.) of Lenox and Carla Boenish (Ken) of Winter Park, Colorado; his grandchildren, Callin Cummings (Nika), Autumn Carparelli (Chris), Eric Hensley (Kylie), Lauren Hensley and Jared Hensley; his great grandchildren, Rayne Cummings and Nelli Carparelli; his siblings, Eldon Everhart (Barb) and Phyllis Morrison; and his siblings-in-law, Marvel Melvin, Sharon Groff and Rick Johnson (Alice).
