She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Lubbert and Loretta Lubbert (Toensveldt); her significant other Jimmy Memmer; her sister Donna; her brother-in-law Bill Badger; her sister Sandy Babinat; her siblings-in-law, Rex Millard, Ed Mills and Val Lubbert; and her niece Melissa Babinat.
She is survived by: her daughter Billie Jo Mull (Jayson); her grandchildren, Peytience Rice (Jordan), Alexa Mull (Blake) and Deacon Mull; her siblings, Janice Smith (Larry), Donald Lubbert (Nancy), Mary Millard, Linda Mills, Diane Lubbert (Dean) and Larry Lubbert (Maria); her brother-in-law Bill Babinat; and her nieces, Stacey and Sara Badger.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home (1209 Iowa Ave W, Marshalltown, IA 50158). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to the family for later designation.
