He is survived by: his former wife Melodie Boyjisky; his children, Dawn Rhodes (Rocky) of Davenport, IA, Donnie Hathcock (Robin), Brian Berry (Brooke) and Meciaela Berry; and his siblings, Robert Berry Jr., Pat Stockwell (Roger), Julie Brown and Paul Berry.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
