He was predeceased by: his parents, Erick Waugh and Celia Waugh (Rierson); his brother Richard "Rich" Waugh; and his half-siblings, Eric "Bud" Waugh (Marge) and Betty Quam (Grant).
He is survived by: his wife Manita; his children, Paul Waugh of Radcliffe and Cynthia Carpenter (Tracey) of Radcliffe; his grandsons, Logan Carpenter (Haley) and Lucas Carpenter; his nephew Mark Waugh (Cathy); his nieces, Gloria Nutt (David), Julie Briden (Kevin) and Joy Brooks (Tom); and his sister-in-law Verla Waugh of Waterloo.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
