He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary Allen and Edith Allen (Rollins); and his wife Janet Stephen of Newton. He is survived by: his friend Willie Cuellar; his cousin Dave; his son Mark Allen (Ashley Seals) of Newton; his sister Lynda Zalupski (Rick) of Mill Creek, Washington.; and also Janet.
