He is survived by: his wife Judy Clayberg (Church) of Altoona; his daughters, Wendy Warden (Randy) of Des Moines and Marci Burns (Brett) of Marshalltown; and his grandchildren, Lance Warden and Reagan Burns of Marshalltown. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
