It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Ann Sandvold of Roland, Iowa, who passed away on March 30, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Juel Sandvold and Carrie Sandvold (Allness); and her siblings, Juell (JR), David Sandvold and Joan Randall. She is also survived by her 7 nieces and nephews, many great nieces and nephews, and her dear friends.

Memorials may be made to Bergen Lutheran Church.

“Mary Ann and I worked together in the 60's. Mary Ann and her parents came to visit us in Oklahoma after we moved there for my husband George to attend OU's school of architecture. They brought us their famous Kringla which we loved. Mary Ann and I corresponded each Christmas, and when I didn't hear from her this year, I was sad, but suspected that she had passed. She actually died two weeks after my own husband George passed. Lots of very nice memories of Mary Ann Norma Wagoner, Denver, CO”
