He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Higgins and Helen Higgins (Osheim); and his brother Richard Higgins. He is survived by: his wife Marian Hawrylak of Cairnbrook, PA; his children, Julia Taylor (Brian), Matthew Higgins (Melissa) and Nathan Higgins (Stacy); his grandchildren, Ava, Emilia, Reese, Hannah, Isla, Zachary, Jack and Christian; his brother Robert Higgins (Maripat); and his mother-in-law Margaret Hawrylak. He is also survived by several cousins and many nieces and nephews.
