He is survived by: his mother Raydene Blume (Deel) of Storm Lake; his wife Nancy Conrad of Roland; his son Jeff Blume (Melissa) of Roland; his grandsons, Kade and Konnor; his sisters, Cindy Johnson (Neal) of Newell and Renae Blume of Storm Lake; and his brother-in-law Dale Woodard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
