Welling of Rockwell, Iowa, born in Phoenix, Arizona, who passed away on January 14, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Welling and Dorothy Welling (Gill); his brothers, Brian, Mike and Mark; his father-in-law Jim DeVary; his brother-in-law Jon Fry; and his nephew Josh Fry.
He is survived by: his wife Mindy DeVary; his children, Makenzie Welling (Will) of Baxley, GA, Mika Shelangoski (Calvin) of Chanhassen, MN and Benton Welling (Larissa) of Des Moines; his grandchildren, Lawson, Waylon, Iza, Lewis, Brixton and Briley; his siblings, Bill, Bob, Ted, Mary, Joe and Greg; his mother-in-law Dorothy DeVary; and his brothers-in-law, Mike, Danny and Steve.
