He is survived by: his wife Carol Flickinger of Rockwell City; his children, Wendy Teresi (Steve) of Hebron, IL, Mark Johnson (Janet) of Harcourt, Betty Bauman (Leigh) of Schererville, IN, Roberta Kolthoff (Kent) of Cedar Rapids and Heather McClain (Adam) of Ankeny; his siblings, Mary Lee Gregory (Ken) of Bowling Green, KY, Rita Hunt (Pete) of Russellville, KY and Donnie Noah of Morgantown, KY; and his mother-in-law Elsie Schoop of Rockwell City. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
