He is survived by: his wife Theresa Stoos; his children, Richard Jr. Walters (Linda) of Arkansas, Rodney Walters (Darci) of Rockwell City, Randy Walters (Tae) of Tokyo, Robert Walters of Rockwell City, Jodi Walters of Rockwell City and James Walters (Maria) of Des Moines; his adoptive daughter Amanda Kuiper (Ted) of Wisconsin; and his siblings, Linda, Mary, Nina, Bonnie, Mike, Steve and Dennis. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews; other relatives and friends.
