It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma M. Willoughby (Rockwell City, Iowa), born in London, London, who passed away on June 24, 2019, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son-in-law Marlan Bloomquist; her parents, James Filby and Margaret Grace Dawson Filby; her brother Derek Filby; and her husband Gerald "Doc" F. Willoughby.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Willoughby (Barbara) of Knoxville and Margaret Ann Bloomquist of Dayton; her grandchildren, Lisa (Jason Sandholdt), Kathy (Brian Sandstrom), Paul (Kelli Bloomquist) and Joey Willoughby (Tori); her great grandchildren, Katelyn, Colby, Josiah, Grace, Jenai, Emilia, Noah, Blake, Landon, Julianna and MeiLi; her niece Sue Rowntree Ne Filby; and her nephew Martin Hedstrom. She is also survived by other relatives and a host of friends.
