He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Blaas and Pauline Blaas (Chappell); and his brother Noel. He is survived by: his wife Karen Rose Hanson; his daughters, Michelle DeCoursey (Tim), Teresa Daum (Bryan) and Heidi Mills; his grandchildren, Bailey DeCoursey (Kiefer Hock), Maxwell DeCoursey, Shelby Sawyer (Dylan), Kylee Daum (Ramsey Fowler), Tanner Mills, Emma Mills, Everly Sawyer and Kipton Sawyer; his sister Linda Haeder (Bill) of Lincoln, NE; and his sister-in-law Lorraine Blaas of Fort Worth, TX.. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
