He is survived by: his son Dereck Hebert of Milford; his son-in-law Larry Frost of Roland; his grandsons, Mark Frost and Troy Frost (Chrissie); his great grandchildren, Anthony, Lincoln and Taylor Frost; his brothers, Steve Hebert of Fort Dodge and Jim Hebert (Brenda) of Fort Dodge; his brother-in-law Pete Norris of Ozark, MO; and his wife Mary Surratt. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
