He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde C. Goodwin and Fern Goodwin (McPherson). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ellis; his children, Van Goodwin (Donna) of San Diego, California, Hal Goodwin of Tucson Arizona and Paula Salazar (Pedro) of Marana, Arizona; his grandchildren, Kristyn Roush, Karrisa Fleming, Michael Goodwin, Keith Goodwin, Amie Lee, Claire Petersen, Joseph Salazar, Zachary Salazar, Eli Salazar and Savanna Salazar; and his great grandchildren, Katelyn Roush, Sophia Roush, Carter Lee, Joey Goodwin, Maelyn Lee, Aubrey Fleming, Ryan Goodwin and Drew Goodwin.
