She is survived by: her children, Sherry Padgett (Thomas) of Sioux City and Roger Smith (Gail) of Franklin, Tennessee. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
